Ray Tomes is a co-chairperson of the Cycles Research Institute (which is the scientific arm of the Foundation for the Study of Cycles), he is the developer of a special field of Harmonics Theory, and an ardent researcher with old natural philosophical approach. Before and after retiring from a successful career in computers, Ray spent years in pursuit of what makes the universe tick. His interests in cycles ranged from astronomy, economics, geology, history, physics and more. He set out to make economic predictions with computers which led him to develop a Harmonics theory on the structure of the universe itself. The universe moves in cycles like a giant musical instrument with predictable patterns and harmonic oscillations that determine the structure of all things from the galaxies right down to subatomic particles. Ray is contributing author to Cycles Magazine and is on the Advisory Board of the Foundation for the Study of Cycles.
